61035 - menu File not working for Image Map Editor in Composer

1.Open Composer , then click on Insert>Image and select a image to load.
2.Click on 'More properties' button on the Image Properties and click on Edit
button & Image Map Editor window pops up.
3.Expected:All menus and icons on Image Map Editor window should be working
unless disabled or willed otherwise.
4.Actual result:File menu having Close and Clear menu items not working.Help
menu >About not working.The downward arrow icons on top left  for collapsing and
expanding tool bars are also non functional.

Not right now Charley, as I have been getting little feedback on priority.
I have a couple of questions:
1) Who should I liase with now Kathy if off?
2) Which trunk does this relate to?

Brian: If you have the time, I'd like you to evaluate the problems with the
image editor and fix the most important (and easy to fix) bugs. I'd say it *is*
a priority to get the feature working! "Getting what we have working correctly"
is a high priority and we are not doing new features for mozilla 1.0/NS 6.5
For bugs that should be fixed, set Target Milestone to mozilla0.9.
To answer your questions:
1: Me, 2: The regular mozilla trunk (no branch).

Tested on Mozilla build 2001040604 for PC wind2000. It has the same problem.
