Actual Results:  
I cannot use the firefox. I don´t have these problem by using the internetexplorer

I'm sorry but I have to mark this bug invalid.
I will try to explain that.
Firefox is a usermode application, it can't freeze or crash the whole system because it doesn't have the rights to do that. Only systemlevel components like device drivers can do that. There seems to be a bug in one of your drivers installed on your system that causes this problem. Firefox only triggers this freeze but that doesn't make it a Firefox problem. Today it's Firefox and tomorrow it's another application. We can't fix the bug in your driver and that's the reason why i will mark this bug invalid (invalid = not something we can fix).

I would try to update your graphic card drivers.
