I've found that Minefield renders 2d _really_ slowly with d2d enabled on my Windows 7 laptop. I talked to Joe, and he said that we should blacklist the driver.

Not sure if you need them, but the specs are:

Joe, what makes you think the driver is to blame?
We should blacklist _something_ if it's slower than software. It can be the device.
Bug 623338 creates a min ATI driver version 8.741.0.0 to have HW acceleration available.
