steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/228511/versions/
2. Try to-
a) cancel the review request
b) Disable add-on
c) Delete Add-on

observed behavior:
I got a 403  for all three actions, even though I'm an admin.
"CSRF verification failed. Request aborted."
