On small netbook screens (1024 x 600) the insert media dialog box gets cut off and you are not able to click insert media. Steps to reproduce: 1. Set your browser window to 1024 x 600. 2. Edit an article 3. Click the insert media button 4. The insert media dialog box will be cut off.
