I can´t see my Mails in the Mai

Actual Results:  
i called my webmailfolder and found some Mails in the Folders incomming and SPAM. But I can not open the folders for example INCOMING and SPAM.

Expected Results:  
Opening to see all the mails

 - when did it start?
 - did anything change around that time
 - what addons/extensions do you have (about:support can help)
 - have you tried "safe mode" (instructions on the support site)
