611761 - style separators on awesomescreen

Our section separators on awesomescreen categories (they show up in History and Desktop) should be styled similarly to our section separators in the tools panels.

Right now they are a flat grey, like this:

I understand, I don't think this will regress panning but experience tell me you're right to be suspicious. I've landed this patch but we need to keep an eye on it.
