[OOPP]After choose Print on Context menu of Flash Plugin, Browser can not be moved to background by Ctrl+Tab and by click other window

Details

After choose Print on Context menu of Flasj Plugin,
Browser can not be moved to background by Ctrl+Tab and by click other window.

Once Minimize/Restore the browser, the browser can be move to background.

*This happens on Firefox3.6.x and Minfeald 4.0b8pre.
*This does *not* happen on Firefox3.5.x.
*if dom.ipc.plugins.enabled = false, the problem does *not* happen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL.
2. Right clickon Flash on top of the page
3. Choose "Print" of context menu.
4. The Print Dialog appears and Chose "Cancel" button
5. Try to Ctrl+Tab or Click other window

Actual Results:  
 The browser is staying in front.


Expected Results:  
 The browser should be moved background.

That is weird, you have to minimize it first, then things go back to normal. Not a super critical blocker but it would be good to find a fix.

Not a blocker, but yeah, would be nice to fix, and I'd gladly consider approving a safe fix for this before the release.
