The Firefox UI does not update unless mouse is moved, clicked or some keys are pressed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just start Firefox
Actual Results:
The Firefox UI does not update unless mouse is moved, clicked or some keys are pressed.

Expected Results:
Just guess... ;-)

I tried to remove all add-ons, to see if there is any interaction. There is none. Moreover, i created a whole new profile, and for that profile the problem was gone... until i installed an add-on (any one will do). After that the UI stopped updating, and the whole mousemove joy started again. The thig is, removing the add-on did not fix the problem. It seems like Firefox updates normally only in an add-on free profile.
I think this problem had been reported for some time (bugs 580534, 576050, 589466, 602019), but did not got through.
Are you still seeing this with Firefox 4 final?
