1. install simeji
2. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/formsninput.html
3. go to the username text field
4. type in "あああああああ" (aaaaaaa) and hit submit
5. go back to the username text field
6. type in "いいいいいいい" (iiiiiii) and hit submit
7. go back to the username text field
8. type in "あ" (a)

Expected: 
"いいいいいいい" will be filtered
Actual: 
"いいいいいいい" is not filtered until you go out of the field and come back
bug also occurs with Google Pinyin
