Let's separate into this bug the removal of slaves from the clobberer page that I initially requested in bug 614257.

I believe we don't need the granularity of choosing which slaves to clobber.
It will also help load the page way faster.
If the only two choices are painful-loading and over-clobbering, I'd probably take over-clobbering, but clobbering individual slaves isn't completely unused.
Maybe we should morph this to something tracking making the clobberer page better and/or making it suck less to clobber individual slaves.
