Sometimes, certain events keep getting called when a dialog box is open, allowing someone to spawn 2000 alert boxes or so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
A good example of this is MozAudioAvailable event.
Plop a alert when that event is called and a ton of alert boxes come at you.
Actual Results:  
tons of alerts.

Expected Results:  
Alert, then click ok, then next alert box.
