In Add-on Manager, when there are many add-ons installed and the scrollbar appears, the list of add-ons in improperly displayed for a few seconds if scrolling fast through the list.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install add-ons until a scrollbar appears in Add-ons Manager. 
2.Go to Add-ons Manager, select Extensions and quickly scroll the page using the mouse wheel.

Actual Results:  
Improper display of the add-on list.

Expected Results:  
The page should be displayed without problems.
