Failure log attached.
The checkin for bug 766429 may have made this much more frequent/perma-orange. Still, I think we should keep that patch in. The recent failures are not due to the additional clip added in that bug clipping away stuff that shouldn't be clipped away. It's just an off-by-one difference to the R and B components of two pixels that are clearly well inside this additional clip, and the failures are only on Win6.1. I think we should just mark this test with fuzzy-if for that platform if this persists.
I have a patch ready to push if this continues.
