Depending on if I save an attachment via the right click action, or double click it and go to it via the open-with dialog I get different headings of the save dialog. The first says "Save Attachment" The second says "Enter name of file to save to..." Both should probably say "Save Attachment"
My guess is that the "double-click then save" dialog is coming from the Core file handling whereas the right-click save comes from Thunderbird itself.
Yes, string #1 is defined in mail/ whereas string #2 is given in toolkit/: http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mail/locales/en-US/chrome/messenger/messenger.properties#61 http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/locales/en-US/chrome/mozapps/downloads/unknownContentType.properties#41
