Add 'rebuild' to pages like http://cruncher.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/reports/revision/mozilla-central/b7e28f448533.

Should be a simple one-click and stay on the page + get feedback that it was successful.

The rebuild button is currently like this: http://cruncher.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/revision/places/68616dfb2bc9 and it's just a form like http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildapi/rev/44ea7d036c4a#l2.26

The rebuild command is submitted to the Buildbot master.
