Firefox doesn't broadcast the menus and doesn't react to call from the window manager to hide it's menu. This is a problem only if one is using the Applet Indicator Appmenu, which enables mac-style menu system (application menus at the top bar of the system). But I'd like for this to be fixed, since I am using it. Prior to b8, FF still broadcasted the menus, but still didn't react to the calls asking to hide the menu bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Applet Indicator Appmenu from Synaptic, and put it in a panel
2. Start firefox
Actual Results:
The menu is not shown in the panel, except for "File" menu, and is still visible in the window.

Expected Results:
The menu in the window should not be visible, and instead presented in the panel.
