Details

1) Visit some article which is not approved. You get text info about it.
2) Switch to tab "Discussion"
3) You can get start a discussion.

I think this is wrong. Discussion should not be available in this situation.
This is intentional. Contributors may want to discuss the article before the first approved revision.
