61791 - use nsINewsDownloadDialogArgs instead of nsIDialogParamBlock in nsNNTPNewsgroupList.cpp

nsIDialogParamBlock is a generic hack.  I need to use nsINewsDownloadDialogArgs
for what it was born to do.

ducarroz knows what I'm talking about, he's doing something similar for compose.

I checked that in nsNNTPNewsgroupList.cpp I'm using nsINewsDownloadDialogArgs
instead of nsIDialogParamBlock
.
