Details

On Linux Mint 10 at least, the window manager ignores panels' requests not to have a close button. This causes the Web Console property panel to not unload properly when the close button is pressed (see bug 618320), which results in keyboard events not working in Firefox until some other panel is opened (say, the page info button).
