Reported on IRC that trying to change the bonsai tree mapping on a tree in Tinderbox always results in a "Bonsai tree does not exist" error.
This turned out to be a side effect of the split between back-end and web interface on tinderbox between dm-webtools02 and dm-webtools05.  Tinderbox expects bonsai to be on the local disk, and looks for its config there.

resolved by:
1) exported /var/www/webtools from dm-webtools02 to dm-webtools05 via NFS
2) created a bonsai user and bonsai group on dm-webtools05
3) added the tinderbox user on dm-webtools05 to the bonsai group
4) mounted dm-webtools02:/var/www/webtools on dm-webtools05
