Firefox RSS discovery add 'www' in front of IDN correct link(and before protocol) to RSS feed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find site with IDN and RSS feed
2. Try to open random feed through RSS discovery
3. PROOF IT!
Actual Results:  
Incorrect URL to RSS feed

Expected Results:  
Correct URL to RSS feed

It must open RSS feed without any transformation
