On OS/2, the File chooser dialog from bug #59895

is different from the dialog you are presented with when using File>Open in the
main browser window.
The former one is prettier IMHO, and should become the default if no XP file
chooser dialog will be adopted.
This is a window ownership problem.

We have a fix for this.
