On IE 7 (Win XP):
 1. The search results page is almost blank, https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=fire&cat=all
2. On the search results page, the left-nav (Categories) gets pushed down
3. On any page, the footer is messed up

On IE 8 (Win 7):
1. On the search results page, the left-nav (Categories) gets pushed down

The search results page is completely different now, calling this fixed for verification.

"pushed down" and "messed up" is out of our support commitment for old versions of IE and are a wontfix
