Details

We are migrating crash processing to the phx colo and will need a symbol server
there.  We currently upload build symbols to dm-symbolpush01, we will need to
upload symbols to multiple locations - dm-symbolpush01 and dp-symbolpush01. 
This bug is for you folks to get the rel eng side of things ready.

Note: dp-symbolpush01 is not ready yet, but will be soon.  This bug however
should not block on that..
We will simply rsync the symbols across, so no need to upload them to multiple locations.
