The favicon of Add-on Manager on Mac is just wrong. See the screenshot.

Still seeing this on the current nightly. It seems like all themes have slightly different addon icons:

Windows: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/winstripe/mozapps/extensions/extensionGeneric-16.png
Linux: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/gnomestripe/mozapps/extensions/extensionGeneric-16.png

I am not sure what the best solution is here. Maybe a new 16px icon should be created from the Mac version of extensionGeneric.png which is not incorrectly mirrored.
