steps to reproduce:
1. Load the detail page for any add-on: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/zoodles-kid-mode-for-firefox/
2. Click on "Report Abuse" link
3.Enter some description and click "Send Report"

expected behavior:
"Abuse Reported" success message is shown

actual behavior:

Abuse-detail page loads. On navigating to the detail page, the success message is displayed.
Also, haven't received any abuse report emails  so far.
