It just stopped to work this morning both in firefox 4.0b8 and 3.6. There is no icon of addblock and I can't find it on addons list. I didn't install anything (any application) for a long time. It was there yesterday, today morning it's gone.

This bug was reported using a pre-release version of Firefox 4. Now that Firefox 4.0.1 final has been released, can you please update and retest your bug? A fresh profile would be a good starting place to test,
