I haven't seen this since I've been here, but that doesn't mean it doesn't 
exist.  Navin, do you still see this?
I just tried this with Notepad on Windows NT 4.0, build 2001021304 and didn't
crash.  Marking WORKSFORME, if you see this again, please file a new bug.
