This is a bug for tracking the receipt of a committer agreement; it doesn't
require account-level access or vouchers.
I figure today's the last day for probably the next 4-5 days this is likely to get seen due to the upcoming new-year break; can I get a signal asap when this has been received? Brian is a new volunteer publishing contributions to us at a surprisingly healthy rate and I'd very much like to engage with him rather than leave him hanging.
Sorry for the delay, but yes, I have a form for Brian on file.
