622102 - search modul Google givs results in google.de instead of google.cz

I use czech location, but I get Google search modul results in german.
This problem starts during decembre, previously were resalts correctly in czech.
I don't know way to repare it.
The same problem was with Wikipedia search modul, bat it I was able correct - I delete modul, then start wikipedia.cz and new search modul Wikipedie (cs) apeared in the box of searching moduls to add.
