If you look at the editor queues in remora you'll see a nice little search box at the top that will filter the list.

This bug includes:
- Adding that simple search box
- Adding the "Advanced Search" expansion and all its options

This should only appear on full/pending/preliminary review tabs.  Not moderated reviews.

To clarify: the search box allows an editor to narrow down the list of addons by author email or add-on name.  Example: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/queue
