622202 - Build the event log

This is basically the same thing as bug 622200 except it pulls info from the eventlog table.  Perhaps it should be using the new log_activity* tables though.  CCing davedash for that.  These don't have to be gorgeous (see remora, heh), but should be functional.

This bug includes front and back end.

Yeah, let's use the log_activity.  We can create two new events: delete review and approve review


We might not even need a new table, if these are always sorted by time and not... by review number... 

Are these reviews something other than the regular add-on reviews that we see on the Add-on detail pages?

Definitely different.  These are editor reviews.  Look at https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/logs?start=2010-10-01&end=2010-10-15&filter=

I read your question again and think we may be talking about the same thing.  The reviews themselves are the regular ones, the logging is something that doesn't show up on the regular pages.

Yes, that's what I meant - regular reviews, but the logs are for editors.  Cool.  Shouldn't be an issue.
