Autocpmplete popup by click autocomplete-history-dropmarker should be performed immediately, should not be limited to timeout attribute.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile and prepare to show autocomplete-history-dropmarker
2. Repeat several time: input search term and enter in Serch bar
3. Set timeout attribute of textbox in ther SearchBar to big number.
4. Click autocomplete-history-dropmarker 

Actual Results:
 It takes time to popupSearch history.

Expected Results:
 Autocpmplete popup by click autocomplete-history-dropmarker should be performed immediately, should not be limited to setting of timeout attribute.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile
2. Set browser.urlbar.delay to big number
2. Repeat several time: input URL and enter in LocationBar
3. Click historydropmarker at the right side of Locationbar 

Actual Results:
 It takes time to popup history.
