on http://www.google.co.in/(all address also)of the first page BLINKING STATUS is missing.which says how the internet is processing is missing

1.there should be an option done by dev
2.it should be connected to network
3.testing failed

no

Expected Results:  
at the bottom of the every page in ternet blinking should be there
