We should darken the Ask a Question button when we're actually on the Ask a Question page (like we do for the Firefox Support Home button on the home page). IHNI how to do this cleanly.
I assume you mean when they're on /kb/ask? I'm not thrilled about hard-coding that URL into the templates but it wouldn't be a huge amount of ugly code.

Is this still valid? I think we have a new AAQ process now.
We've had like 24 redesigns since this bug was filed ;)
