Would like to manage this as a separate queue, just as we did in RelEng.

Resolving fixed - I missed the labs part in the assignee name.

zandr: generally speaking we don't do this. we prefer to have watchable qa contacts and blankish default assignees.

the reason is that if at some point, someone (like me for this component) moves on, then the mass change for open bugs is incredibly painful.

instead, we request that you configure your bugmail prefs to watch the watchable qa contact, you can do this by loading:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email#new_watched_by_you

and entering the relevant qa contact, in this case, it'd be server-ops-labs@mozilla-org.bugs
a) this ship has sailed
b) this is exactly the same configuration as every other Server Operations component.
