If studies and surveys could define a function that would be run by the extension, returning true or false, to decide whether the study/survey would run or not, that would give us ultimate flexibility to switch study/survey deployment based on any factor that we can imagine, thereby directly targeting narrow bands of users for appropriate focused studies.
