Currently the WebGL mochitest is doing prefer_gl. Once the test slaves have the DirectX runtime, we can quit doing that.
fwiw, it would be really nice if we could test with both -- there are cases where we really would prefer to use native GL instead of ANGLE (e.g. nvidia hardware with NV-DX interop; should yield much faster performance)
