At 4:30 PM today I noticed this condition on lm-app-ident-stage01:

/dev/vzfs             2.0G  1.9G     0 100% /
total                 2.0G  1.9G     0 100%

I'm seeing some service failures (mostly webapps).

Poking around it looks like 849M is in /var/log/apache2/access.log, which is apparently not getting rolled.

I archived off the log and deleted it.  To avoid this condition in the future could we get logrotate set up please.

Logrotate is set up, but not working (at all, -f doesn't touch logs either)

Investigating.
Corrupted logrotate status file. :( Fixed.
