Horizontal line appears in title bar (screenshot) on mouse click under application button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click under app button circa in place where line appears on screenshot
2. 
3.
Actual Results:  
unexpected horizontal line appears

Expected Results:  
no visual change

note: issue not present on every mouse click, however always present after window is maximized

works for me. Please try if it works fine in safe mode or try by creating a new profile.

I have no extensions installed, but tried again. Took near 1 day to catch issue again with new profile (nightly build updated in between).

Issue appears to appear quite seldom.

Please try updating your graphics driver and see if that helps - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&keyword=%22Intel+Q35+Express+Chipset%22 should get you to where you need to go

This is a sony vaio VGN-FW-190 laptop.
I'm using the latest driver provided by sony.
