Since I'm helping es-MX to get up and running again, I will need access to SVN too, and I'm also member of es-ES and can act as a peer to Nukeador, Willyaranda and stripTM. See:

Regarding the Filled Committers Agreement v2.0, I emailed it (twice) to Erica McClure in February 3rd and 4th, 2009 (Message-ID: 4988C91C.60907@yahoo.es and 49ADC4BB.5040309@yahoo.es, in case you have a central archive of exchanged e-mails). I can e-mail it again to Erica, if needed.

I have a form on file for Ricardo.
Over to server-ops for SVN access to allow for es-MX commits. Voucher can be found in the bug referenced in Comment 0.
