A testcase version should have the ability to change its environment settings within the individual create/edit testcase page.

Ways to Instance:
* If a user clicks on "create testcase" to get to the individual testcase page, the environment should have "All" pre-selected.
* If a user clicks on "edit" to get to the individual testcase page, the environment should post the current environment profile.

Requirements:
* Have "All" pre-selected in the environment profile
* Allow for multiple specific environments
* Offer the same drop-down for environments changes like in run tests page
Target Milestone: 0.6 → 0.3
Target Milestone: 0.3 → 0.2
Target Milestone: 0.2 → 0.4
This is already implemented in the test-case-create page. Closing this fixed, as extending it to test-case-edit will happen naturally when test-case-edit functionally is added.
