Administrators need the ability to activate, set to draft or delete single or multiple testruns in the TCM. The mockup is attached to this bug. The user story is for admins to select a checkbox or set of checkboxes, select an action in the combobox and then submit that action. Activate: * Once this action is selected and applied, the testruns(s) should be available for users to add to test cycles. Set to Draft: * Once this action is select and applied, the latest version of the testrun(s) should move to a draft state. The pre-cursor for this option is that the testruns should be in a activated state. Delete * After this action is selected and applied, the testruns(s) should be removed from the database as well as the test results reported in each as well.

Can't go from Active back to Draft, just from Active to Locked and back. So in place of "Set to Draft" we'll have "Deactivate" or "Lock". Also, hopefully Delete will be an undoable delete.

Is there a reason this is in 0.6 where all the other "bulk actions" bugs are in 0.2? This is what originally confused me about which release these were happening in... Moving this to 0.2 as from the implementation end it makes more sense to do them all in one sweep.

Note, you are not able to create a testrun, unless you specify a testcycle for it to belong to. So the first star in the description isn't accurate. Verified works otherwise.
