STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In a debug build w/ fresh profile, set layers.acceleration.force-enabled = true, and restart to let that take effect.
2. Load URL: 
http://failblog.org/2011/01/24/epic-fail-video-home-depot-fail/
  (or any other failblog.org entry that has an embedded video)
3. Click "Play" on the video

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Continuous spamming of this assertion-failure:

I'm using a debug mozilla-central build from this morning, on Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit, with default window manager & Compiz enabled.
This seems to have been fixed by the checkin for bug 634366.
