Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Firefox menu
2. Put your mouse over "Help" (for example) get it out and get it in again relatively fast
Actual Results:  
You'll notice that the time it takes for the sub menu to open, even though it only opens if you actually have the mouse over the split button, is calculated from the moment you first put your mouse over the button, not from the moment you put the mouse over it the second time, which it should.


I can reproduce this every time, it's easy.
