Mozilla does not remember the setting of View / My Sidebar (i.e. if I switch it
off, at next start of Mozilla it's on again).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla
2.Click off View / My Sidebar
3.stop Mozilla
4. restart Mozilla
After talking on #mozillazine no one has seen it. Marking as WORKSFORME. Reopen
if it reappears.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
