the complete stderr has to be redirected to this file, I don't know how, since 
the name of the file is determined at programstart
Assignee: wtc → sonmi

forgot to assign the bug to myself. 
The bug is important, because today on HP the QA stopped without obvious 
reasons, there was no errormessage in the hp64 log (the problem was the the 
build failed)
all erroroutput that is produced after the init goes to the file now, this
should be enough
