updating FF4b8 to FF4b10 does not change the version number in the install folder, shortucts,etc..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install FF4b8
2.update to beta 10
Actual Results:  
all folders,etc are still showing beta 8 as their filename

Expected Results:  
names should have been updated to beta 10
That would require a complete uninstall and reinstall. A quick update can't do that, as it's always an update-in-place.
