Dear reporter, if wanting the OPEN file option, you have to make sure your pdf plugin is enabled. Please go to about:plugins and check that that please come back with a reply if this will solve your problem. Indeed, is a WFM on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.14) Gecko/20110121 Firefox/3.6.14 Thanks

It is still happening for me. I don't know what you mean by: This is a WFM on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 But I assume you are saying I can find the answer somewhere? Non-tech speak please!
